            2004 promises to be an exciting year. The municipal building is now provided with a telephone landline capable of utilizing fax and Internet. At last a dream come true, in a matter of time the municipal administration can be reached on line. You may even inquire your realty tax computation or ask your birth certificates or any other transaction thru e-mail. Innovations working thru the efforts of your hard working Vice Mayor, San Esteban is now high tech.

            I always pray that our patron St. Stephen the Proto Martyr bring blessings and graces to every San Estebanian all over the world. May he unites us and leads our hometown to progress and development.
