The parade took place in the morning of December 25, 2003. It was participated by government and nongovernmental organizations. The float was participated by the different elementary schools, the three groups of barangays, the Illinois Medical Mission and the Harana Family who were singing and dancing on the float simultaneous to the parade. It was only the San Esteban Academy who did not join the parade in spite of the invitation of the municipal government. The participation of almost all organizations of San Esteban who were in different motif denotes a peaceful unity – a firm foundation for the progress of San Esteban.

Assembly : In front of Vice Mayor’s residence in barangay San Nicolas, eastern lane of the National Highway, going northward to NPC then back to the Municipal Auditorium
