Last January 17th at 1:00 PM, Tata Tonying B. Cardenas celebrated his 70th birthday. It was attended by many San Estebanians, relatives and friends held at the place of Belen Sanidad in Terra Bella, California.
Although the weather was some what threatening to many, well-wishers from Southern, Central and Northern California still managed to join the party. Traditionally, the party was not complete without social hours like playing cards for the senior group and mah-jong as means of "finger therapy". Nana Adoring, the better-half of the celebrant and other relatives prepared and brought plenty of food.
The celebrant and his family expressed their thanks and appreciation to all Well-Wishers who attended the party.
