Miss Ilene Ramirez Cadoy is the newly appointed assistant secretary of www.sanesteban.com.ph to fortify our local office in San Esteban. Webmaster Susan Abad-Europa decided to include Ms. Cadoy to our staff through the recommendation of local staffs in order to ease up the work of this author and secretary in encoding and arranging files for the San Esteban base computer works. This move also prompted our chairperson to do such appointment due to sometimes unavailability of Mr. Art Barrey, web secretary, because of his job at the municipal Department of Social Works and Developments (DSWD) office.
Ilene graduated computer programming at AMA Computer Learning Center in Candon City. She is also the announcer of the local radio station “CIS Ang Radio Natin” based in Poblacion, San Esteban, Ilocos Sur. The new web assistant secretary has been the Audition Master of HARANA Atbp. for the past two years.
