It is an honor and privilege to serve as the President of this organization for the 77th Year of its existence. Thank you for all your support, to my fellow members, relatives, friends, kakailian, my balae and my family. A special thank you to my husband Vic who is always behind my back supporting all my projects and endeavors for the City of San Francisco and now the San Esteban Circle of California.

          I am proud and happy to serve as the President of San Esteban Circle of California. I believe that we can still pursue our scholarship project and a project that will be establish in San Esteban. Let us get together and help each other to pursue this dream. With the cooperation of each and all of the members of SECC. We will rise above all the turmoil that is besetting us of present. We will find the strength from the awareness of our inner resources where we could draw the energy to move on.

          To all the contestants in this Valentine affair, thank you very much for your participation. May you all be given the worthy understanding and rewarding experience. Best wishes always in all your endeavors.

          My grateful thanks to the members of the various committees, donors, advertisers and guest in helping make this affair successful and a memorable event.
